How to be Antifragile for Developers

Good developers tend to solve the most difficult problems, and for that, they need to be Antifragile and improve whenever they come up with a new problem. Avoiding problems makes you fragile.

You are a Developer of a company with 10.000 customers, and your API gets down, what would be your first reaction? the fragile would probably despair, while the Antifragile would already be prepared to deal with the situation.

Antifragile people grow faster because they are less susceptible to getting stuck, while the fragile remains in the same state.

How to be Antifragile as a Developer:

• Solve as many problems as possible

• Always ask and give feedback

• Know the tools available to you

• Know your team

• Know how your application works (even if you don't work with all)

• Imagine the worst-case scenario and get ready for it

• Always get stronger after your mistakes
